Michael Hamblin was born and raised in Northeastern Ohio and moved to Colorado in his early 20’s. After spending the better part of a decade adventuring in Colorado, he decided to move to the Seattle area to be closer to his 4 year old daughter. Michael and his daughter enjoy an adventurous lifestyle and love all that Washington has to offer from a bustling metropolitan area to the majestic mountain ranges that encompass the Puget Sound. He has been a practicing Paramedic for over 10 years and decided to explore helping people in new ways while they pursue one of the most important deals of their lives. Michael has extensive experience in working with people from all walks of life and expert negotiation skills, allowing him to represent his clients in unparalleled ways.

Michael entered the world of Real Estate when he bought his first home in 2016 during which he realized how much trust and responsibility goes into working as a Real Estate Agent. From that point on, he began studying the many facets of Real Estate and was soon helping others in their journey of Real Estate investment. Michael works exceptionally well in high stakes situations, has the ability to empathize with others no matter their position in life. He is a natural leader and will go the extra mile to advocate for others. Michael’s focus in the highly competitive Greater Seattle market will be in matching highly qualified buyers with motivated sellers through finding properties that are not yet on the market. His goal is to provide a seamless and intimate experience for both the buyers and sellers while honoring the value that all parties offer.
